Data Deletion

In-app (recommended)

If you can still sign in to your account, the fastest way is to use the in-app removal flow:

1. Sign in at actingfolio.com
2. Open your Profile page from the sidebar
3. Scroll to the Account Removal section at the bottom
4. Click Remove Account
5. Type DELETE in the confirm field and submit

Your data is removed and your subscription is cancelled immediately on submission.

By email (if you can't sign in)

If you've lost access to your account, or if you signed up through Facebook / Google and want us to handle the deletion on your behalf, email help@actingfolio.com from the address tied to your account.

Include in the email:

• The subject line "Account deletion"
• Your portfolio URL (e.g. actingfolio.com/your-name) or the email you signed up with
• Confirmation that you want all data deleted

We'll process the request and reply with confirmation once it's complete.

What gets deleted

• Your account, login, and password
• Your portfolio (custom URL, name, contact information)
• All uploaded videos, thumbnails, and posters
• Your profile photo and résumé
• Agents and social links associated with your portfolio
• Analytics tied to your account
• Linked OAuth identities (Facebook, Google)

Billing records may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial recordkeeping laws.
